Vincenzo Giacomo Ingenio, 91, of Clintondale, NY, passed away on April 7, 2025 at his home with the company and comfort of his family.

Vincenzo was born March 5, 1934 in Casteldaccia, Sicily. He is the son of the late Giacomo and the late Gaetana (Geraci) Ingenio. He married Anna Laura Stasi on June 3, 1961.

Vincenzo was a devoted husband and father that always put his family first. He was a dedicated, determined, and accomplished man who lived a full and purpose driven life. He had many talents. He was a gifted carpenter and worked tirelessly building a comfortable and secure life for his wife and children. He loved to grow vegetables in his garden, fish in the ocean, and enjoyed horses and wine making. He leaves behind a loving and loyal family that is his enduring legacy. Vincenzo’s family would like to express their deepest gratitude to family friend, Michelle Linneman, for her skilled, compassionate, and loving care of Vincenzo during his final days.

Vincenzo is survived by his wife, Anna L. Ingenio, daughter Gaetana Reville (Jeff), son Giacomo Ingenio (Sandra Fatone), son John Ingenio (Wendy Brown), son Vincent Ingenio, grandchildren Gianni Ingenio, Elena Lucia Ingenio, and Jordan Fatone-Ingenio, brother Gaetano Ingenio (Marinella), several nieces and nephews and many close friends.

He is predeceased by his brothers, Giuseppi and Giovanni Ingenio, and his sister, Rose Marie Ribaudo.

Calling hours will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 14th, 2025, at the Copeland-Hammerl Funeral Home, located at 162 S. Putt Corners Road in New Paltz.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Charles Borromeo Church located at 2212 US-44, in Gardiner the following day Tuesday April 15th 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

A burial will follow at St. Peters Cemetery located at 171 Salt Point Turnpike in Poughkeepsie.
