• Family History: From The Brockway Family, Francis E. Brockway, 1890, Page 7. VI. RICHARD BROCKWAY, b. at Lyme, Conn. 30 Sept. 1673; and the record says 31 Sept.; married there 25 Oct. 1697, with RACHEL. She died at Lyme, 9 April 1718 ; and he married (2d) 5 May 1720, with ELIZABETH TIFFANY. In Dec. 1718, he was surety for Edward Lay and Samuel Chapman, to the Governor and Council of Conn. He joined the First Church in Lyme, in Oct. 1739.

Richard married Rachall.
