She is buried in the East Hartford graveyard and the inscription is as follows : "Here lies entered ye Body of Mrs. Penolophe Wife of Mr. Ozias Bidwell, who departed this life August ye 30th A.D., 1770, in ye 27th year of her age."

Ozias married Penelope Beckwith, daughter of Rev. George Beckwith and Sarah Brown. (Penelope Beckwith was born in 1744 in Lyme, New London, Connecticut and died in 1770 in Hartford, Connecticut.)
