My Father My dad has black hair and a black beard and moustache. He has hazel eyes and wears glasses. He is six feet tall and a little bald. He has a good sense of humor and is very funny. My dad is one of the neatest people I know. He will go almost anywhere with me if he is not busy. He helps me with things like my science project and will explain things I do not understand. My father s job is an electrical engineer, and I want to be one too. My dad likes to do a lot of the things I like to do like going to arcades and for bike rides. He got into a lot of trouble when he was my age, so I like him for that reason. He doesn t get as mad when I get in trouble. He hardly ever yells and tries to understand the way I feel. My father likes sailing and models and so do I. I want to get a remote control airplane, and he is going to help me pay for one. My dad knows how to use a computer and will explain them to me if I ask. When my dad was little, he liked the same stuff I like, so he usually knows what I want to do and will let me do it. He lets me do lots of things as long as he is there. If I want something enough, he usually will let me have it. My dad knows when I am upset and tries to make me feel better. The only bad thing about my father is that he has to work full-time. Even though he works, he is still always there when I need him. Tyler Gray Grade 6
