In pursuance of a judgment of foreclosure and sale made and entered in the above entitled action, bearing date the 28th day of April, 1900, and entered in the Oswego County Clerk's office on the 24th day of April, 1900, 1, the undersigned, the sheriff of County of Oswego will sell at public auction; at the Court House in the City of Oswego County Of Oswego and State of New York on the 9th day of June 1900, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, the following described premises: All that tract or parcel of land situated in the Town of Oswego,County of Oswego and stale of New York, being a part of Military Lot number twenty -one ( 21) and bounded and described as follows viz: Bounded on the North and East by lands now or formerly owned by Edward Stevenson, on the South by land formerly belonging to Harvey Gray, now de~ ceased, and in 1847 occupied by his widow and in the West by the Oswego road, comprising eight and one-half acres of land more or less: being the same premises conveyed to Frederick D. Gray by John Parkinson and wife by deed dated November 16, 1864 and recorded in the Oswego County Clerk's office in book 102 of deeds at page 457. Dated April 2, 1900.
