He, “now of Newton,” was baptized at Fairfield with the eldest three children, 30 May 1714.

Children - Sarah, Mary and Ann Gray (now Rozzel), and Jonathan. Grandson, Stephen Rozzel, Real and personal estate, latter incl. negroes. Executors - the wife and son Jonathan. Witnesses - Sarah Hart, Margaret Hart, Thomas Craven. Proved March 14, 1754. [In a footnote to the will it is said, that Rozzel was now the name of all three daughters].

1755, June 23, Bond of Thomas Roszell (Rozell), of Philadelphia Co. Pa., as Adm'r; Peter Rosell, of Sussex Co., N. J., fellow bondsman, the Executors named in the will having both died.
