• Obituary: THE LIVONIA GAZETTE, THURSDAY, Page Two, 13 Dec 1945, Livonia, Monroe, New York. Mrs. Nellie Patchin, widow of Arthur Patchin, died in Detroit last Wednesday. The funeral was held in Detroit last Friday and the body was brought to Livonia for burial Sunday afternoon. As a girl she attended school in the old block school house. Her sons, Robert and Charles Patchin, drove through from Detroit, Friday. Robert is spending Saturday and Sunday at the home of Mrs. Mary Knapp.

Nellie married Charles Arthur Patchin, son of Ira Patchin and Clarissa A Dixson, on 19 Sep 1878 in Livonia, Livingston, New York. (Charles Arthur Patchin was born on 2 Mar 1856 in Livonia, Livingston, New York and died on 14 May 1910 in Lakeview, Montcalm, Michigan.)
