Y.; Zeruah Coykendall and Mary E. Fitzsimmons, residing at Dundee, Yates county, N. Y.; Sarah Morse, residing at Mile Centre, Yates county, N. Y.; John G. Mawney, residing at Mazarnanie, Dane county, Wisconsin: and Caleb B. Mawney, whose place of residence is unknown and after diligent inquiry, cannot be ascertained: heirs and next of kin of Pardon Mawney, late of the town of Moreau, to the county of Saratoga and State of New York, deceased, greeting: Whereas Sarah Mawney, of the town of Moreau, in the county of Saratoga aforesaid, an executrix named in the last will and testament of the said Pardon Mawney, deceased, has made application to the Surrogate of said county of Saratoga, to have said will, which relates to both real and personal estate, proved and admitted to probate. You, and each of you, are therefore hereby cited to appear before the said Surrogate, at his office, to the village of Saratoga Springs in said county of Saratoga, on the 24th day of October, 1875 at 10 o'clock A.M. to attend the proof and probate of said will. In witness whereof, we have caused the seal of office of our said Surrogate to be hereunto affixed.
