Bio: Floyd Milo Perry was born to William A. Perry and Elizabeth Mae Cook on 12 November 1889 at Oswegatchie, N.Y.Floyd's mother, Mae, died 29 March 1900.Floyd married Cecelia Butler circa 1912. They had three children: Vincent, Verl and Paul Gordon. He registered for the WW1 draft on 5 June 1917.
