Kelly, head of the Troy Boiler Works for many years, died yesterday afternoon at his home after a short illness. Mr. Kelly spent most of his adult life in the boiler plats business, beginning as a bookkeeper for the old Franklin Iron Works of Green Island. He established the Troy Boiler Works in 1899. Mr. Kelly, the son of the late Anastasla Sinnett and Matthew C.
