JOSIAH OLCOTT, of East-Hartford, son of Thomas Olcott, of Hartford, married Penelope Beckwith, daughter of the Rev. Jonah Beckwith, of Lyme, (Con.) May 15, 1740. Mrs. Penelope Olcott, died September 12, 1776, in the 61st year of her age. Capt. Josiah Olcott, died February 8, 1785, aged 84.
