• Biography: From Katonah by F R Duncombe. Phineas Barrett (6) (1787 - 1857) married Sally Palmer and had sons: Samuel (7); Stephen (7); George Washington (7); Benjamin Franklin (7); Samuel H. (7); and Isaac Newton (7); and five daughters. They owned a large farm on Hook Road and helped lay out and build Girdle Ridge Road in 1852, connecting their farm and Cantitoe Corners. Their homestead is now owned by A. Ross Jones.

Phinehas married Sarah F (Sally) Palmer. (Sarah F (Sally) Palmer was born on 6 Jan 1793 in New York and died on 18 Dec 1879 in Bedford, WestChester, New York.)
