Mrs. Alice Lydia Shepard Davison of 400 East Fourty-ninth Street, New York, widow of Lieut. Commander Gregory Caldwell Davison, U.S.N. died here yesterday. Her husband, who died in 1935, was a vice president of the Electric Boat Company and an official of other companies.
She leaves a sister, Mrs. George DeWitt Moulson of Lyme Conn.
