BOSTON, Nov. 4. -- Gregory C. Davidson, Vice President of the Electric Boat Company, testified today as a witness for the defense in the court-martial of Rear Admiral William N. Little, retired, charged with neglect of duty and careless methods as an inspection officer during the construction of the submarine K-2, at Fore River.
