Samuel is the only son of the above family that is alive at the present time, (1880)-he resides in Centre township. Although above 81 years of age, he is well preserved and comparatively active, and may live many years yet. Samuel B Stewart Samuel married Mary (Jane) Wilson in Indiana, Pennsylvania. (Mary (Jane) Wilson was born in 1774 and died on 28 Aug 1800.) Samuel next married Elizabeth McFarland, daughter of John McFarland and Elizabeth McMilian, about 1834 in Philips Mills, Indiana, Pennsylvania. (Elizabeth McFarland was born about 1806 in Pennsylvania and died in 1867 in Indiana, Pennsylvania.) Samuel next married Margaret Virtue in Indiana, Pennsylvania.
