Bio: William O. Mulligan, retired Nickel Plate railroad telegraph operator, died Tuesday night at his residence, 36 West Fifth Street, following a lengthy illness. Seventy years old, Mr. Mulligan was a native of Bradford, Pennsylvania and had lived in Dunkirk 60 years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mary D. Mulligan, a son, William J. Mulligan of Dunkirk; a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Dill of Tonawanda; a sister, Mrs. F.A. Norton of Rochester; a granddaughter also survives.
