Bond signed by Ezekial Minor and Benj. Beckwith. Ezekial Minor is named the estate administrator. It is assumed that Bejamin Beckwith was Samuel's uncle and that Samuel's wife predeceased him as several notes make refrerence to taking care of small children.

Among those paid out of Samuel Beckwith's estate are Phineas Beckwith, Abner Lee, John Beckwith, and Elizabeth Beckwith.

One receipt makes reference to four children but does not name them.
