Noted events in his life were: • Baptism: From East Lyme Society Records, 12 Jun 1726, Lyme, New London, Connecticut. June 12, 1726, Nathanael ye son of Joseph Beckwith Junior was baptized (pg. 4) • Death: Based on his father's probate records, Abt Apr 1746, East Lyme, New London, Connecticuit. He is identified in his father's will dated 10 March 1746 but he is not part of the land distribution. No date is given for the land distribution. His father's will states that "it is my will that if either of my sons dye without a child that his part of sd land be equally divided between his brothers." Nathaniel's daughter Mary was baptized in June 1746, indicating he died shortly after his father. Nathaniel married Mary Smith on 24 Aug 1744 in East Lyme, Connecticut.
