By virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure and sale duly granted in the above entitled action in said court on the 17th day of February, 1894 and duly entered and docketed in the Oswego county clerk's office on the 17th day of February 1894, I, Wilbur H Selleck, sheriff of Oswego county, N. Y., will sell at public auction at my office in the court house, in the city of Oswego, N. Y., on the 19th day of March, 1894,at ten o'clock in the afternoon, the real estate ordered to be sold and described in said decree.
All that tract or parcel of land situated in the city of Oswego, county of Oswego and state of New York in the Seventh ward of the said city of Oswego in Military lot No. 74 and known and distinguished as a part of the North one hundred feet of lot No. 34 of the Varick tract, commencing at the northeast corner of lot No 34 and running thence westerly on the north line of said line of said lot two hundred feet, thence southerly on the west line of said lot No. 84 one hundred feet. Thence easterly on a line parallel with the north line of said lot No. 34 one hundred feet Thence northerly on a line parallel with the west line of said lot No. 34 one hundred feet to the east line of said lot No. 34 and thence northerly on the east line of said lot No. 84 sixty feet to the place of beginning being the north one hundred feet of lot No. 34 of the Varick tract excepting there from apiece of forty feet on West Fifth street by one hundred feet deep in the southeast corner of said north one hunched feet of said lot No. 34.

Note 1: G. B. Sloan, age 48 in 1880 is listed as a Commission Merchant in Oswego NY census. Assumed to be Oscar's business partner.
Note 2; Oliver Robarge is listed as a farmer in the 1880 and 1900 censuses. His son, Oliver, is listed as an electrician in the 1900 census. The relationship is unknown.
Note 3: Abbie L. Bulla is Oscar and Laura's daughter.
Note 4: Edward M. Shepard is Oscar's brother. His other two brothers are not mentioned. Assumed that Edward is Oscar's executor.
Laura married Oscar E. Shepard, son of Elisha Howell Shepard and Abigail Kidder Gray. (Oscar E. Shepard was born about 1837 in New York and died on 14 Oct 1893 in Oswego, New York.)
