Funeral Wednesday morning at 8.45 o'clock from the McLoughlin Funeral Home, corner of Glen and Sixth Ave., thence to St. Paul the Apostle's Church, where a Solemn Requiem Mass will be offered at 9:30 o'clock. Friends are invited and may call Tuesday afternoon and evening. Interment St. Peter's Cemetery.

Mrs. Margaret M. Wilson was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Mary's Hospital where she was rushed bv Ambulance Service Corp. early Saturday evening. She had been under the care of a physician. She was the widow of retired Fireman H. Guy Wilson who died Sept. 29.

Mrs. Wilson, who lived at 288 9th St., was a Troy native, daughter of the late George R. and Margaret Cassidy Kelly. She was formerly employed with the New York State Dept. of Correction and the depts. of education and taxation and finance in Albany. She had also worked at RPI as a typist.

She was a communicant of St. Paul the Apostle's Church and a member of its Rosary Society and Women's Club. She was a past president of School 2, PTA, and belonged to LaSalle Auxiliary and the Renesselaer County Home Bureau. Educated at St. Paul the Apostle's School and Troy High School.

She is survived by one son, Brother Michael John of De LaSalle College in Washington, D. C; two daughters, Miss Mary Elizabeth Wilson and Miss Jane Ann Wilson, both of Troy; one brother, Joseph G. Kelly of Watervliet, and one sister, Mrs. Griffith B. Lewis of Watervliet.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. from the McLoughlin Funeral Home, 3300 6th Ave., and at 9:30 a.m. from St. Paul the Apostle's Church where a Solemn Requiem Mass will be celebrated. Interment will be in St. Peter's Cemetery
