Invested with the habit of St. John Baptist de LaSalle will be John Joseph Wilson, who will receive the name Brother Michael John. He is a graduate of LeSalle Institute and the son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Guy Wilson of 268 9th Street of St. Paul the Apostle parish. Mr. Wilson is a chauffeur in the Troy Fire Department.

• Death: From an email from his niece, Dec 2016, Lincroft, New Jersey. One update I can give you is that my Uncle John Wilson passed away in December of 2016 at the nursing home for the Christian Brothers of St. John Baptiste de la Salle, an order to which he had belonged since just after graduating high school, in Lincroft, New Jersey He's buried with his fellow Brothers in St. Agnes Cemetery in Menands, NY right across the Hudson River from Troy.
