Inventory taken May 26, 1812, by Isaac Penoyer and John Clock, and filed June 2, 1812, page 249. Apr. 6, 1812, account filed, and estate ordered distributed to Jemima Waterbury, his widow, and to his children Sarah Waterbury, Phebe, wife of William Bates, Elizabeth, wife of Charles Lockwood, and Moses Waterbury, page 251.
