Noted events in his life were: • Family History: From Frost Genealogy, Page 395. (24) JOSEPH, son of (11) Joseph and Elizabeth (Hubbell) Frost, b. 1692, was made a ward of Sargent Daniel Frost in 1705. He m. Adria, daughter of Capt. Samuel Couch of Fairfield, and Redding, Conn., who willed his daughter Adria the celebrated "Chicken" estate, made over to him by an Indian of that name and which caused so much dispute in after years in proving title to property in Redding, Conn. Joseph and Adria left Fairfield and settled in Redding, Conn., and he is supposed to have died at the home of his daughter, Grissel Wynkoop in Fairfield, Conn., in 1767. • Death: From Frost Genealogy, 1767. His family history actually says 1667 but it is believed that 1767 is correct as he was born in 1692. Joseph married Adrea Couch, daughter of Samuel Couch and Unknown, on 27 Aug 1724 in Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut. Noted events in their marriage were: • Marriage: From Frost Genealogy, Page 395.
